1. GENERAL TERMS 

Agreement to Terms 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the sale of our products and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or enrolling in our Enrichment Programmes, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Website Use

  • We use essential and analytical cookies to improve your experience

  • Reasonable accommodations are available upon request

3. PAYMENT TERMS 

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (for specific arrangements only)

  • All prices are in GBP

3.2 Payment Plans

  • For payment plan enquiries, please contact info@corinnakitchen.com before purchase

  • Missed payments result in immediate suspension of access

  • Three consecutive missed payments result in termination of the payment plan and access

  • Reinstatement fee of £25 applies for suspended accounts

  • Full payment must be received before access is restored

4. COMMUNITIES

4.1 The ‘Love and Self Care’ Community (General Community)

  • Currently offered free of charge

  • We reserve the right to introduce Membership Subscriptions with Notice

  • Members must be 18 years or older

  • Membership is personal and is Non-Transferable

  • You must keep your email and profile updated to maintain access

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of misuse

  • We may modify or discontinue the Community at any time

4.2 Programme-Specific Communities

  • Available only to Members who are enrolled on any specific programme 

  • Access is limited to the duration of the programme

  • Closing dates are communicated in programme details

  • Access expires on the integration date after the programme ends

  • No extension of access beyond programme period

  • Community cannot be purchased or accessed separately from programme

  • Subject to same platform rules as general Community

4.3 Platform Information

  • Each Community is hosted on the ‘Mighty Networks’ platform

  • Access requires creating a ‘Mighty Networks’ account

  • Platform-specific features and limitations apply

  • Mobile app access is available through the ‘Mighty Networks’ app

  • Offline access is available through the ‘Mighty Networks’ mobile app only

  • Content viewing is subject to ‘Mighty Networks’ platform capabilities

  • We are not responsible for platform downtime or technical issues

  • Please note: Enrichment Programmes cannot currently be purchased through the ‘Mighty Networks’ mobile app due to platform fees.

4.4 Content Access and Downloads

4.4.1 Web Browser Access

  • Access is available through any web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  • Access always requires an active internet connection

  • No offline viewing or downloading is available through web browsers

  • All content must be streamed while connected to the internet

  • Login is required for each viewing session

  • You cannot save or store content for later viewing through web browsers

4.4.2 Mobile App Access and Temporary Downloads

  • Available only through the official ‘Mighty Networks’ mobile app

  • "Save for Offline" feature allows temporary content storage only 

  • Temporarily saved content will automatically expire after a set period

  • You must reconnect to internet regularly to maintain offline access

  • Expired content must be re-downloaded when you are back online

  • This is similar to Netflix's "Download to Watch Offline" feature

  • Content cannot be kept indefinitely, it is not a permanent download

  • Storage duration is determined by ‘Mighty Networks’ platform settings

  • Internet connection is required to refresh expired offline content

4.4.3 Content Limitations

  • No permanent downloads are available through ‘Mighty Networks’

  • Videos, audio, and other media cannot be permanently saved

  • Essential documents (PDFs, guides) will be provided via email

  • Screen recording or content scraping or removal is strictly prohibited

  • We cannot guarantee permanent content availability

  • Content access depends upon your maintained Membership status

  • Platform features may change without notice

4.5 General Membership Terms

  • Members must be 18 years of age or older

  • Membership is personal and is Non-Transferable

  • You must keep your email and profile updated to maintain access

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of misuse

  • We may modify or discontinue the Community at any time

  • We reserve the right to introduce a Membership Subscription with Notice

  • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

4.6 Community Platform Misuse 

The following constitutes misuse of the platform:

  • Sharing access credentials

  • Harassment of other Members

  • Unauthorised commercial activity

  • Sharing copyrighted materials

  • Promoting competing services

  • Spamming or excessive posting

  • Any illegal activities

4.7 Virtual Event Participation

  • Members must use their real names during live sessions

  • Recording of sessions by participants is prohibited

  • Appropriate behavior and language is required

  • Hosts reserve the right to remove disruptive participants

  • Technical requirements must be met for participation

5. ONLINE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES 

5.1 Programme Access

  • Programmes are available as pre-recorded or live sessions

  • Recordings are given for Live session

  • Payment plans must be completed for continued access

5.2 Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 5Mbps)

  • Updated web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)

  • Device with audio and video capabilities

  • PDF reader for course materials

  • Zoom application for live sessions

5.3 Content Delivery and Access 

5.3.1 Platform Content

  • Core Programme content is held and hosted on our ‘Mighty Networks’ Platform. This includes:

  • Community interactions and discussions

  • Progress tracking and Programme updates

5.3.2 Direct Delivery Content

  • Essential PDFs and Guides are sent via email and are also available within the Platform

  • Programme Workbooks are provided via secure download

  • ‘Welcome Pack’ and essential documentation are emailed directly to you

  • Reference Materials are provided in a downloadable format

  • Support Materials are sent via email

5.3.3 Recording and Download Policies

  • Platform content is for personal use only

  • All downloaded content must not be shared or distributed

  • Recording of live sessions is prohibited

  • Content sharing or redistribution will result in termination of your membership

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • UK mainland: 3-5 working days

  • Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands: 5-7 working days

  • International: 7-14 working days

  • Express delivery available at additional cost

6.2 Shipping Costs

  • UK mainland: Free for orders over £50 

  • £4.95 for orders under £50

  • Express delivery: Additional £9.95

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

6.3 International Orders

  • Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or charges

  • Not all products available for international shipping

7. PRODUCT COLLECTIONS WITH ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES

7.1 Collection Terms

  • Each Collection is a bundled package including:

    • Physical products: Curated Pure Essential Oils

    • Digital access: Enrichment Programme and Community Membership

  • For payment plan enquiries, contact info@corinnakitchen.com before purchase

  • Custom payment arrangements must be confirmed in writing

  • Full payment must be received before any products are shipped 

  • No access to digital content or physical products will be provided until all payments are complete

  • After full payment is received:

    • Digital access will be granted in advance of Programme commencing

    • Physical products will be dispatched within 2 business days

    • Community Membership will begin on the designated date in advance of the Programme commencing

    • The Collection is sold as a single package and cannot be separated

    • Partial refunds are not available for unused digital components

7.2 Product Terms and Access

  • Our Pure Essential Oils are for educational and personal well-being purposes only

  • Digital access cannot be paused or delayed to align with product delivery

  • Corinna Kitchen is not responsible for any allergic or other reactions

  • Please consult your healthcare provider before use

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed on physical products unless they have arrived in a damaged condition

  • Digital access remains valid even if physical products are returned due to damage

7.3 Payment Plans for Collections

  • If purchasing via an agreed payment plan:

    • Full payment must be completed even if you choose to stop using the services

    • Physical products are shipped after first payment

    • Digital access continues only while payments are maintained

    • Missed payments will result in suspension of digital access

    • There are no refunds on previous payments if your plan is cancelled

    • Payment plan totals may differ from the single payment price

7.4 What to Expect After Purchase 

  • Order confirmation 

  • Welcome email with instructions

  • Email sequence to support best use of Programme participation

  • Enrichment Programme access on named date in advance of Commencing

  • Dedicated Community access on named date in advance of Commencing

  • Email sequence to advise best use of Progarmme – schedule, lives dates 

7.4.1 Physical Product Dispatch (Within 2 business days)

  • Dispatch confirmation email

  • Tracking information

  • Estimated delivery timeline

7.4.2 Ongoing Support

  • Regular Community check-ins within named, designated time of Programme

  • Programme progress tracking

  • Payment plan status updates (if applicable)

  • Email sequence to advise of ongoing best use of Progarmme

7.5 Safety Information

  • Please Keep all Pure Essential Oils out of the reach of children

  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs

  • Store in cool, dark place

  • Consult your healthcare provider if in doubt

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

8.1 Digital Content

Strictly non-refundable once access is granted

14-day cooling-off period applies only if content has not been accessed

8.2 Physical Products

8.2.1 Return and Replacement Requirements

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

  • Returns must include:

    • Original packaging

    • Photos of damage

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of issue

  • Return shipping costs are covered for damaged items

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of return receipt

  • Replacement products are shipped within 2 business days of damage verification

  • We reserve the right to refund rather than replace if items are out of stock

  • Second replacement shipments are sent via tracked delivery

8.3 Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for physical products

  • Right to cancel expires once digital content is accessed

  • Cancellation must be in writing to info@corinnakitchen.com

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Emergency contact: Available for shipping damage only

    • Emergency number provided with shipping confirmation

9.2 Complaint Handling 

9.2.1 Standard Procedure

  • All complaints acknowledged within 48 hours

  • Full response provided within 5 working days

  • Written record maintained of all complaints

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 

10.1 Newsletter Subscription

  • Opt-in required for marketing communications

  • Unsubscribe option in every email

  • Preference centre available for communication management

  • Marketing data retained for 2 years from last interaction

11. DATA PROTECTION 

11.1 GDPR Compliance

  • GDPR-compliant data processing

  • No sale of personal data to third parties

  • Data retention period: 7 years for financial records

  • Full details in Privacy Policy

11.2 Data Breach Procedures

  • Notification within 72 hours of breach discovery

  • Full investigation and documentation of incidents

  • Remedial actions taken as required

  • Regular security audits conducted

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

  • All content remains the property of Corinna Kitchen

  • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited

  • Limited Licence granted for personal use only

  • Trademark and Copyright Notices must be maintained

13. FORCE MAJEURE 

Corinna Kitchen is not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, pandemic or epidemic.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for products or services

  • We are not liable for consequential losses

  • This does not affect your statutory rights

15. LEGAL JURISDICTION 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
