An introduction

A simple practice to help balance your emotional state and deepen into your true nature

Some days we need to settle and come back down into ourselves. On other days we need a little light. This afternoon is a chance to meet whichever day you are having, with scent and touch and your full attention.

I will introduce you to the way of working at the heart of the Aromatic Soul Journey. Together we spend time with Vetiver to restore and Bergamot to uplift, and you learn where each oil is placed on the body and why.

There is nothing to prepare and no experience needed. You only need to arrive as you are.

This afternoon is a first meeting with that work: an invitation to feel what a single drop of oil on the right point can do.

No. Everything is explained step by step. Beginners are especially welcome.

You receive the full recording to keep so you can work through the afternoon in your own time. If you would rather explore on your own from the start, there is also a separate pre-recorded version for £55, coming soon.

No. You are welcome simply to be present and receive. There is no requirement to speak at any point.

The oils are for external use only and arrive diluted and ready to use. As with all pure essential oils please be aware of any personal sensitivities and patch test first if you wish. Full guidelines are sent with your oils.
